We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team at Assembly Global. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for managing our client relationship in France, ensuring that best practice is in place for delivering on brilliant basics, while also thinking about how we strategically move our client forward and deliver on their business ambitions for the future.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver media solutions with proven ROI
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to lead the account as a whole
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Manage and own key stakeholder relationships
- Operational responsibility for local delivery and regional and global contribution
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth
- Strong foundation in multimedia planning to drive comms and business outcomes
- Experience in delivering brand campaign and performance media briefs
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and galvanize people around a common goal
- Strong leadership and management skills
