About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Director to join our team at Assembly Global. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships in France, ensuring that best practices are in place for delivering on key objectives, while also thinking strategically about how to move our clients forward and deliver on their business ambitions.

You will be responsible for the leadership and orchestration of the French client and team, ensuring that we understand the client's needs at all times. You will set the agenda for the year, put in place the right strategies, and help drive organic growth of our client's business. You will also be responsible for delivering best-in-class media solutions with proven ROI back to the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships in France, ensuring that best practices are in place for delivering on key objectives.
  • Lead the French client and team, ensuring that we understand the client's needs at all times.
  • Set the agenda for the year, put in place the right strategies, and help drive organic growth of our client's business.
  • Deliver best-in-class media solutions with proven ROI back to the client.
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and Strategy Director to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manage and own key stakeholder relationships, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • First escalation point for local stakeholders.
  • Operational responsibility for local delivery and regional and global contribution.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure a strong sense of governance and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering business results.
  • Strong foundation in multimedia planning to drive communications and business outcomes.
  • Experience in managing clients/brands as the main point person.
  • Experience in delivering brand campaign and performance media briefs.
  • Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and galvanize people around a common goal.
