Technical Support Specialist

Consort Group is seeking a skilled Technical Support Referral/N2 to serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance.
Main responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing assistance requests
- Training service-desk technicians
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Escalating complex incidents when needed
- Contributing to the improvement of support processes
As a member of our team, you will integrate an innovative and dynamic environment, benefiting from a stimulating work atmosphere, access to continuous training, and a comprehensive HR package.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in IT, previous experience as a Support Technician, and skills in Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Citrix, and FortiClient.
