About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including Shopify Chat, emails, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Utilize AI tools to craft effective responses and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to address unanswered questions and update the FAQ in our Notion Database.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to help improve our customer support processes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce company.
  • Proactive and able to identify areas for improvement.
