Poste : Spécialiste du Support Clientèle

Nous recherchons un individu orienté vers les résultats pour fournir un support client professionnel et de haute qualité. Le rôle consiste à traiter les demandes des clients par divers canaux et à garantir leur satisfaction.

Responsabilités :

  • Répondre aux appels entrants et aux courriels de manière professionnelle
  • Résoudre les demandes des clients et assurer leur satisfaction
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour le traitement des commandes
  • Faire remonter les retours clients si nécessaire
