Poste : Spécialiste du Support Clientèle
Nous recherchons un individu orienté vers les résultats pour fournir un support client professionnel et de haute qualité. Le rôle consiste à traiter les demandes des clients par divers canaux et à garantir leur satisfaction.
Responsabilités :
- Répondre aux appels entrants et aux courriels de manière professionnelle
- Résoudre les demandes des clients et assurer leur satisfaction
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour le traitement des commandes
- Faire remonter les retours clients si nécessaire
Exigences :
- Compétences analytiques et de pensée critique
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Esprit d'équipe
- Attention aux détails et compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à s'adapter rapidement
