The Role

  • Answer phones for small and mid-size US businesses within our client's software platform.
  • Route calls, schedule appointments, and enter customer information.
  • You will be the initial contact and first impression for our clients' customers.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
  • US cultural affinity and personal empathy.
  • Patient and tolerant with a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
