The Role
- Answer phones for small and mid-size US businesses within our client's software platform.
- Route calls, schedule appointments, and enter customer information.
- You will be the initial contact and first impression for our clients' customers.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
