Devoteam is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team of digital transformation experts.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the modern data landscape by designing, building, and maintaining robust data systems.
- Lead workshops with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Design and implement scalable and secure data architectures encompassing data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Develop and deploy efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure the seamless flow of data within our clients' systems.
- Leverage Business Intelligence and visualization tools to empower data-driven decision-making across organizations.
- Explore and implement cutting-edge machine learning techniques to unlock valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Stay abreast of the latest cloud computing solutions and technologies to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering projects.
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis programming language such as Scala, R, or Python.
- Solid understanding of data architecture principles, database management systems, and analytical methodologies.
- Passion for Business Intelligence, Big Data, IoT, and Machine Learning concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a significant advantage.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- A highly analytical, self-motivated, and inquisitive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration on international projects.
