Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations management team to develop creative solutions to customer needs.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships to penetrate the market.
  • Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in sales and business development.
  • Charismatic and confident personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations and make good decisions based on available information.
  • Adaptability to changing policies and procedures, with a strong work ethic.
