Sales Division:The Sales team's objective is to support organizations in adopting or refining their internal communication strategies with Steeple.
This team collaborates closely with the pre-sales unit to convert potential clients into partners by demonstrating our solution through presentations, both virtually and in person, enabling prospects to visualize Steeple's user interface.
The Sales division is segmented into two categories:
- Small and Medium Enterprises: Organizations with 100 to 2000 employees
- Major Accounts: Organizations with over 2000 employees
As a member of the Sales team, you will operate under the guidance of Bastien, overseeing the Major Accounts segment.
Role Summary:As we broaden our reach both nationally and internationally, we are in search of an individual to champion the adoption of our internal communication solution among large organizations, working alongside our talented team.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Formulating a prospecting strategy aimed at key decision-makers such as HR Directors, Communications Directors, Executives, and IT Directors
- Boosting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through upselling and cross-selling initiatives with existing clients
- Gathering insightful client feedback to refine the product strategy for large organizations with over 2000 employees
- Conducting comprehensive portfolio analysis
- Ensuring precise reporting and KPI monitoring
This full-time role is based in Rennes.
Candidate Profile:We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in Sales.
