Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  3. Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and client service experience, preferably in the stone fabrication or distribution industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
