As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting and tax services to our clients, including start-ups, large companies, SMEs, family businesses, and the self-employed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts, tax returns, and annual reports;
- Supervise and review the general accounting performed by your team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Develop and implement effective accounting and tax strategies to optimize client outcomes;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met;
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness;
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of our client base;
- Train and develop your team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Chartered accountant or equivalent qualification;
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing a portfolio of local commercial clients within a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg;
- Proven leadership and technical expertise, with a strong track record of delivering results;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in French, German, and English (knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset).
