We are seeking a highly experienced Global Product Lead to oversee the development of our performance product portfolio. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution, collaborating with global and local stakeholders, and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define clear product strategy and create best-in-class roadmaps for outperforming competitors with innovative and disruptive ideas.
- Product Design and Delivery: Smartly design resilient and scalable solutions, propose cutting-edge innovative design on key functionalities, and ensure impacted stakeholders are up to date with relevant milestones and any changes to the initial plan.
- Product Roll-out and Continuous Improvements: Manage transversal and complex product releases communication with cross-team dependencies, interact with clients, publishers, and agencies on a regular basis to amplify the impacts of the releases, and be comfortable in being strongly involved to define the marketing and business position of your product area.
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering.
- Proven experience of 10+ years as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry.
- A previous experience in Performance advertising (mid-funnel, lower-funnel, and/or Retail Media) is a must.
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering).
- Understanding of the product from a technology perspective.
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Lead by example and inspire teams.
