ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) is a leading energy supply solutions provider and risk management services company. We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Paris.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing training initiatives that promote employee development and engagement. This will involve developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company and in a regulated environment. They will also have excellent written and oral command of English and French.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing training initiatives to promote employee development and engagement
- Developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives
- Implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and report on training activities
- Leading the overall development plan for the GEMS France scope, including identification, planning, execution, and operational support
- Creating a network of external international suppliers to support the creation of new global learning initiatives
- Supporting data and reporting activities for different stakeholders, including budget
- Embodying the link between GEMS and international learning teams to find synergies and set up collaboration
- Being involved in HR projects within the department, such as creating an onboarding journey for managers focused on the training aspect
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong appetite for digital transformation and be interested in discovering new tools.
Key qualifications include:
- University or Business School degree, preferably a Master in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in HR in an international company and in a regulated environment
- Excellent written and oral command of English and French
