Nexans Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Specialist role is a critical position at Nexans, responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, both externally and internally. This position plays a key role in ensuring the recruitment and internal mobility processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with Nexans goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with corporate hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging a variety of channels and tools, including social media, local job boards, and Nexans Global Employee Referral Program.
- Manage the recruiting process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct first screening interviews and provide a shortlist of relevant candidates to the hiring manager.
- Ensure that interviews are conducted in a proper manner and that Nexans Global recruitment process is followed.
- Launch required additional assessments, such as personality tests, and provide feedback to the hiring manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Work closely with HR partners and hiring managers to promote internal mobility, identifying opportunities for internal career growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that Nexans is consistently attracting and retaining top talent.
- Be the ambassador of the Internal Mobility Policy for the Group and communicate it effectively across the whole organization.
- Be responsible for internal mobility process and lead Internal Mobility routines with HRBU.
- Be a key point of contact for Nexans employees regarding internal mobility and create content/organize webinars regarding internal mobility.
- Be part of Employer Brand projects at group level and lead and attend some events to promote employer brand/School partnerships management.
- Communicate on social media regarding employer brand initiatives and work closely with HRIS team: tools improvement/integration of new features.
- Be the key point of contact for all tools revamp: Myclick/Nexans career site/Job boards/etc.
- Success Factor Recruitment module: be the administrator of the platform/train newcomers in HR/make sure processes are respected.
- LinkedIn: be the key point of contact regarding LinkedIn issues and SHL: be the administrator of the platform.
- Ensure that interviews are conducted in a proper manner and that Nexans Global recruitment process is followed.
- Launch required additional assessments, such as personality tests, and provide feedback to the hiring manager.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or Talent Management, ideally with an international scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Business orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technology.
- Passion for new technologies and innovation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Customer orientation.
