Position Overview
The Customer Finance Project Manager will report directly to the Customer Finance Operations Director and will also work closely with the Customer Finance Product Director.

  1. Implementing Customer Finance Product Strategies
    - Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for Customer Finance products.
    - Collaborate with the Sales team to gather insights that inform recommendations and support Product Managers in their launch strategies.
    - Actively engage in the rollout of Ops Product Go-to-Market strategies, including the preparation of training materials and communication plans.
    - Oversee the hypercare phase of Ops Product deployment and report on Success KPIs, including actual versus business case metrics and project delivery timelines.
  2. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
    - Cultivate relationships with Sales, Operations teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and product optimization.
    - Prepare and present business cases for improvements to the Customer Finance Director, ensuring timely project management of implementations.
  3. Knowledge Management and Innovation
    - Maintain an innovation pipeline focused on products and technologies.
    - Collaborate with Knowledge Management and Innovation leaders to develop innovation business cases.
    - Depending on the project phase, responsibilities may include preparing various materials such as:
    - Ops Product Go-to-Market strategies
    - Functional analyses (e.g., gap analyses)
    - PMO documentation
    - Change management materials (including communication and training supports)
    - Communication materials for the sales team across different business lines (premium and automated solutions).

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s degree in business or engineering.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- A quick learning ability and adaptability.
- Previous experience in a management consulting firm or a project department within a technology or media company is preferred.
- Experience in change management, acting as a facilitator on a daily basis.
- International experience, either through studying abroad or working in a global environment.

The candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
- A keen interest in the technology and media sectors.
