Job Summary

As a Commis Chef at Hosco, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our kitchen brigade and contribute to the success of our restaurants.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of classical cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak service hours
