A propos du poste

Vous aurez pour mission de développer les ventes en construisant une relation de proximité avec vos clients afin d'offrir la meilleure expérience client. Vous assurerez un haut niveau de satisfaction en appliquant les standards de vente de qualité et en garantissant la meilleure solution commerciale.

Vos missions et responsabilités
  • Relation de proximité : assurer un accueil client convivial, développer et maintenir le relationnel client avec un suivi personnalisé, rendre l'agence attractive avec un marchandising adapté et animer et dynamiser le point de vente.
  • Assurer une satisfaction client : proposer des services, des solutions et des services pertinents créateurs de valeurs ajoutées, connaître la globalité de l'offre REXEL pour mieux orienter le client en fonction de ses besoins, promouvoir et participer activement aux animations commerciales.
  • Respecter les règles et procédures internes : s'approprier et promouvoir les promotions commerciales, appliquer les techniques de vente active, gérer les litiges clients/fournisseurs et les avoirs éventuels.
Profil recherché

Le profil que nous recherchons est une personnalité commerciale qui a su faire ses preuves au sein d'un poste similaire. Votre expertise sur la partie énergie (électricité, domotique, éclairage, génie climatique...) est fortement recommandée. La satisfaction client est au coeur de vos préoccupations, vous avez des connaissances dans le monde de la distribution BtoB, vous avez un esprit d'équipe, vous êtes curieux et souhaitez évoluer.
