About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via chats and emails. You will work with sensitive customer information, maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, and communicate effectively in Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Native Japanese and English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with CRM systems
