About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via chats and emails. You will work with sensitive customer information, maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, and communicate effectively in Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Native Japanese and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with CRM systems
