Your Role as Floor Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Opening and closing procedures for the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
  • Providing warm greetings, guiding customers through our menu, and taking orders with precision.
  • Delivering exceptional service throughout the dining experience, from arrival to departure, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth service flow and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
