As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Roche, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruiting processes and providing customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions. You will work closely with the Roche EMEA Recruiting team, a group of highly skilled professionals in our Integrated Workforce Strategies organization. Your main responsibilities will include being a professional & consultative partner for our business leaders regarding all talent acquisition aspects, expertly driving end-to-end recruiting processes, and providing customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the offer process with all necessary stakeholders and collaborating closely within the Region EMEA, and also within our global network. To be successful in this role, you have extensive knowledge and experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with proven success for example as a recruiter or headhunter. Alternatively, you are working in the Life Science/Tech industry and have a strong passion for People & Culture, particularly for Talent Acquisition. You have expertise in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders on all hierarchical levels, both within our business organisations as well as within the People & Culture team. You are well-versed in talent attraction, sourcing, and assessing. In addition, you have excellent coaching and advising skills, and thus are a trusted partner to your business clients and enable them in their hiring decisions. Business fluent English and French language skills are required; additional European language skills (e.g. Hebrew, Spanish, Italian) are an extra advantage. Willingness to work onsite in the office for 3 days/week and to be present at the site when needed for business meetings is expected. There will also be occasional business trips to the other Roche France business location. Because of our highly virtual way of working, the need for business travels will be very low.
