Job Overview

As the Administrative and Sales Consultant, you will report directly to the Delegation Manager and serve as the main liaison for members and prospective clients.

  • Client Engagement Responsibilities:

Ø Greet clients both in person and via phone, actively identifying and addressing their needs to foster trust.

Sales and Administrative Management Responsibilities:

Ø Engage in active listening, provide guidance, and finalize insurance agreements with individuals, businesses, and freelancers to achieve sales objectives.

Ø Efficiently manage customer complaints, objections, and inquiries.

Ø Conduct sales transactions in accordance with established protocols.

Ø Submit new business applications to the head office for processing.

Operational Management Responsibilities:

Ø Oversee insurance agreements, update client information, and track payments and outstanding balances.

Ø Manage cash transactions, bank deposits, and inventory levels within the agency.

Reporting Duties:

Ø Provide weekly updates on agency operations, cash flow management, and customer feedback to the manager.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge:

  • Ø Familiarity with insurance legislation.
