**About the Role**
A GEPSA assistant plays a vital part in the administrative coordination of our services or sites. Depending on their area of expertise, they may be responsible for:
- **Administrative Management of Maintenance Services**: ordering, contacting suppliers, tracking requests on software and fencing, stock management, etc.
- **Coordinating Human Resources and Administration**: variable pay elements, employee leave, secretarial matters, organizing meetings, and writing reports of those meetings, etc.
As a key point of contact for human resources, the assistant acts as an interface between services and site management and/or between the site and headquarters. They form a strong partnership with their superior, supporting them in everyday management duties.
