About the Role
This is a pivotal position as the financial owner of two holding entities, reporting to the Financial Manager of Central Entities. The successful candidate will have a direct and significant role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the holding entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as local financial owner of financial packages (P&L & FCF) for the two holding companies, providing clarity on the cost base evolution and supporting the cash forecast process.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process for the holding entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with support functions leaders and operational teams, including Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal.
- Monitor intercompany flows between the holding companies and operational entities across the world, ensuring accurate and timely management of financial transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and enhance forecasting quality, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a FP&A/Controlling position.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate and interact in a matrix/multi-country environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of financial statements, including P&L and cash flow.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
