Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing the operations of our customer service department across 11 European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Collaborate with our customer service partner to ensure that objectives are met within the allocated budget.
- Analyze results and define action plans to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Launch new initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in customer service and operations management.
- Experience managing a team, customer service department, and projects.
- Fluent in English, with a 2nd European language a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Conviction that data is key to achieving our objectives.
