McCain Foods is seeking a Senior Insights Manager to lead the development of insights and market intelligence for our Appetizers and New Business category.
Job Summary:The Senior Insights Manager will be responsible for leading the insights mission for the Appetizers and New Business category, working closely with category teams to identify key customers and consumers, and developing research plans to address gaps in market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of insights and market intelligence for the Appetizers and New Business category
- Work closely with category teams to identify key customers and consumers and develop research plans to address gaps in market knowledge
- Guide, recommend, implement, and interpret study results
- Select the appropriate agencies and methodologies and review key partners yearly performances
- Support the analysis of studies/researches and transformation of recommendations into action plans
- Participate in the development of an insights culture within McCain Foods and a market intelligence capability
- Manage transversal research/insight topics to the benefit of all categories
- Strong marketing insights background, ideally with some knowledge of the Food Service sector
- 6+ years of experience in an FMCG company
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Very strong command of English language, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and management skills
- Passion for food and OOH (FS + QSR) business
- Passion for insights/consumer and customer knowledge and understanding
