We are seeking a Director of Country Operations for France to lead our initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the expansion of our business operations within the established French market. Candidates with a robust background in team leadership and business growth within the consulting sector are encouraged to apply.
This position will be primarily located in Paris and will necessitate regular travel to various offices.
Role: Director of Country Operations - France
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute business strategies, processes, and standards aimed at attracting new clients and partners that align with Ekkiden's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish performance targets and long-term operational strategies.
- Drive and enhance Ekkiden's business development, sales, and client interactions in both current and prospective markets.
- Optimize efficiency and productivity through comprehensive process evaluations and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Set strategic objectives for operational effectiveness and productivity enhancement.
- Organize, monitor, and report on business operational performance while recommending enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to internal protocols and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience with a blend of business development and account management in IT/Digital and/or Industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior operational role such as Head of Operations or Operations Director.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executive teams, investors, partners, and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and personnel management capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
