Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Strategy and Operations Consultant to join our team. As a member of our consulting team, you will help our clients address business-critical issues and support executive-level decision makers in finding solutions to complex strategic challenges.

  • You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, strategic market access, business development, and supporting digital initiatives.
  • You will bring or develop your own client portfolio in the pharma and healthcare sectors in coordination with the other partners/Principals.
  • You will contribute to the management and growth of the team, including hiring, coaching, and developing.
  • You will build proposals, sell projects, and take responsibility for the quality of deliverables with our clients in the pharma and healthcare space.
  • You will build relationships between Groupe ProductLife and the client's decision makers.
  • You will lead a team of consultants, developing hypotheses and plans that address project objectives, ensuring deliverables quality, and coaching junior team members.
  • You will perform data analysis and translate it into concrete insights and recommendations.
  • You will communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, pharma, and/or investment banking.
  • Specialized in life sciences or pharmacy either by training or through work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, growth strategy, and business development.
  • Knowledge of strategic market access in the life sciences industry.
  • Experience in business transformation.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and technology trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Fluency in English.
