IFS is seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Partner Development Director to lead our regional partner ecosystem.

This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with key partners, driving their engagement, and ultimately contributing to IFS's success in the market.

Your Mission:
  • Maximize Partner Revenue: Lead the charge in generating revenue through our strategic partners, aiming for a 50% partner contribution to regional revenue by FY26.
  • Accelerate Growth: Leverage your network and expertise to support IFS's rapid expansion and growth, ensuring our partners are equipped to scale effectively.
  • Forge Strategic Alliances: Cultivate deep relationships between our strategic partners and IFS market units, resulting in successful account deals across target industries and geographies.
  • Empower Sales Teams: Enable our sales teams to focus on core sales execution by identifying and supporting the right partners for specific industry and geographic needs.
  • Build a Sustainable Partner Ecosystem: Develop and nurture a thriving partner network that drives demand for IFS solutions, fostering long-term success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in partner management within the technology sector.

You possess:

  • A deep understanding of relevant IT markets and the Global System Integrator (GSI) landscape.
  • Experience working with leading GSIs and driving complex sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to partnership development.
  • Fluency in French and English.
