Pega is seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Partner Development Director to lead our partner ecosystem in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

As a key member of the Pega team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with leading technology providers and consulting firms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner program strategy, developing joint go-to-market plans, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across both organizations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner development strategy aligned with Pega's business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners who complement Pega's solutions and target markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partner executives and technical teams to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop joint go-to-market plans and enable partners for sales success.
  • Track partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partner strategy and ensure Pega's position as a leader in the market.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, co-selling models, and channel sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
