As a key member of the Pega team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with leading technology providers and consulting firms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner program strategy, developing joint go-to-market plans, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across both organizations.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner development strategy aligned with Pega's business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners who complement Pega's solutions and target markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partner executives and technical teams to drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop joint go-to-market plans and enable partners for sales success.
- Track partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and revenue generation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partner strategy and ensure Pega's position as a leader in the market.
