Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Excellence Director in developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead commercial initiative projects to increase sales efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support pricing decisions and business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technology; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of B2B work experience, preferably in the water treatment industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing global sales strategies or plans.
  • Experience in value proposition development and value-based pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
