Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Excellence Director in developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Lead commercial initiative projects to increase sales efficiency and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support pricing decisions and business growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technology; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of B2B work experience, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Experience in developing and executing global sales strategies or plans.
- Experience in value proposition development and value-based pricing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
