International Business Development Specialist

Our mission at ALTIOS International is to drive revenue growth by identifying and prospecting new clients in dynamic markets.

We are seeking a seasoned Business Developer to join our team, with a strong background in B2B service sales to SMEs/ETIs. This role involves adopting a genuine consultancy approach, providing tailored solutions addressing operational needs of SMEs/ETIs across various sectors through international development and support services.

  • Drafting and editing business proposals, contracts, marketing tools, and materials
  • Interface and follow up between the client and our subsidiaries or partner countries during mission execution
  • Build trusted relationships within the local ALTIOS ecosystem and nurture existing client networks
  • Promotion of ALTIOS services during networking events/conferences
  • Conduct ongoing economic analysis within your geographical scope and monitor ALTIOS competitors in the region
  • Update the ALTIOS landing page with new articles or interesting news

In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. Our company values agility, innovation, and teamwork, offering a dynamic work environment that fosters learning and growth.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. An individualized integration program will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into our collaborative environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B service sales to SMEs/ETIs
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with proficiency in another language a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attentive listening, and prospecting ability
  • Natural curiosity, analytical skills, and comfort with networking and partner engagement
