Business Development Solutions Manager

Join BDP International as a Business Development Solutions Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from new customers, as well as improving business development processes for all services across verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations management team to develop creative solutions to customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure BDP International remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
