TAFE SA is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join its Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects that drive organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead project reviews and facilitate change management to ensure alignment with business objectives and outcomes
* Develop business cases, policies, and procedures to support project delivery
* Manage large-scale change management programs and build customer-centric relationships
* Apply expertise in modern project and quality management concepts, such as agile/hybrid delivery frameworks
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

* Proven experience in undertaking strategic project and change management projects
* Demonstrated success in managing large-scale change management programs
* Expertise in project and quality management concepts, including agile/hybrid delivery frameworks
* Accreditation in one or more methodologies, such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, and Lean
