Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Insider, you will be the face of our company to our clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our technology. Your primary responsibility will be to help our clients understand their needs and identify which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations. You will also be responsible for ensuring our clients are utilizing our technology to its full potential, providing them with world-class service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities to boost the value we add to our clients' organization.
  • Proactively provide feedback to your team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact on our partnership with our clients.
  • Establish a trusted adviser relationship with our clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services and technology.
  • Plan strategies to help our clients meet their objectives, prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
  • Bring new product ideas to the table, collaborating with our product and design teams to shape our product roadmap.

Requirements:
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English and French).
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization.
  • Digital marketing-related experience in a customer-oriented position.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
  • Superior project and time management skills.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
