Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to spearhead our expansion into new markets and larger client segments. As the first Marketing Manager at Recovr, you will play a pivotal role in driving our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to optimize lead acquisition across various advertising platforms.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team by hiring and managing contractors and/or full-time employees.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS B2B marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SaaS B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Fluency in French and at least professional proficiency in English.
