Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to spearhead our expansion into new markets and larger client segments. As the first Marketing Manager at Recovr, you will play a pivotal role in driving our lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to optimize lead acquisition across various advertising platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team by hiring and managing contractors and/or full-time employees.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in SaaS B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Fluency in French and at least professional proficiency in English.

- A 40-hour workweek with 32 days of vacation + 10 legal holidays per year.
- Flexibility to work from Station F or our office in Brussels and remotely.
