Job Title: Growth Strategist at Scalability

About Scalability: Scalability, a leading growth partner, specializes in helping B2B companies scale their revenue through a predictable and profitable outbound channel. They assist sales and marketing teams in generating qualified meetings for their sales reps.

Your Role:

  • Develop prospecting strategies to meet client goals and objectives
  • Create end-to-end outbound growth strategies to drive revenue
  • Drive ROI for ambitious startups and scaleups through data-driven decision making
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact
  • Strengthen client relationships through strategic reporting and communication

Your Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data
  • Ability to work on both strategy and execution, with a focus on results
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas
  • SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
