About Scalability: Scalability, a leading growth partner, specializes in helping B2B companies scale their revenue through a predictable and profitable outbound channel. They assist sales and marketing teams in generating qualified meetings for their sales reps.
Your Role:
- Develop prospecting strategies to meet client goals and objectives
- Create end-to-end outbound growth strategies to drive revenue
- Drive ROI for ambitious startups and scaleups through data-driven decision making
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact
- Strengthen client relationships through strategic reporting and communication
Your Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data
- Ability to work on both strategy and execution, with a focus on results
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas
- SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
