Nous recherchons un Senior Key Account Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente à Safran Electronics & Defense.
Rôle et Responsabilités
Le Senior Key Account Manager sera en charge de la relation commerciale pour la gamme de produits aéroportés pour son portefeuille clients. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Réaliser les ventes d'équipement de la gamme.
- Promouvoir l'EUROFLIR et l'EUROFL'EYE.
- Accompagner les démarches export de AH chez ses clients.
- Négocier les offres et signer les contrats.
- Gérer positivement la relation client, y compris pendant la durée de vie du programme.
- Assurer la satisfaction du client.
- Développer la fidélité client.
Compétences et Expériences Requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit avoir :
- Un diplôme d'ingénieur ou un diplôme de commerce (BAC+5).
- Un esprit entrepreneurial et une expérience réussie dans la Défense.
- Une connaissance approfondie des domaines aéronautiques et aéroterrestres.
- Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer des projets complexes.
- Des qualités relationnelles exceptionnelles et une capacité à communiquer efficacement.
Environnement de Travail
Le poste est basé à Malakoff, à la sortie du métro, et implique des déplacements réguliers pour développer la relation client.
