Job Title: Sales Administration Assistant for International Markets (H/F)

MBway, an international management school based in Lyon, is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant for International Markets (H/F) in an apprenticeship contract for its partner, La Vie Claire.
Overview: Become a vital member of our team as a Sales Administration Assistant for International Markets, where you will contribute significantly to the supply chain for our franchised outlets in France and abroad. Your role will involve managing daily orders, delivering product information to clients, and supporting the operational needs of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee order management for both domestic and international markets
- Prepare necessary documentation for product shipments
- Handle invoicing processes and follow-up communications
- Coordinate logistics for shipments with our partners
- Provide exceptional customer support to our franchised outlets
- Assist in the execution of store promotions and product launches
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Understanding of international trade principles
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously
- Strong prioritization and stress management skills
- Familiarity with computer software tools
Position Details:
- Contract type: apprenticeship or professional training (to be determined)
- Duration: 12 months, full-time
