As a highly skilled sales professional, you will be responsible for representing ADP and its local and international services and products to clients in the Mid-Market segment. Your primary focus will be on creating new business opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Represent ADP and its services and products to clients in the Mid-Market segment
- Create new business opportunities and close deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders within ADP
- Attain or exceed assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts
- Develop annual business plans, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals
Requirements
- 5 years progressive sales experience
- Proven ability to sell complex local and international Mid Market solutions
- Proven ability to effectively prospect into C Suite and continually achieve or exceed assigned sales quota
- Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes
- Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications
