Job Summary

As a highly skilled sales professional, you will be responsible for representing ADP and its local and international services and products to clients in the Mid-Market segment. Your primary focus will be on creating new business opportunities and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent ADP and its services and products to clients in the Mid-Market segment
  • Create new business opportunities and close deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders within ADP
  • Attain or exceed assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts
  • Develop annual business plans, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals

Requirements

  • 5 years progressive sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell complex local and international Mid Market solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect into C Suite and continually achieve or exceed assigned sales quota
  • Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes
  • Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications
