Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a seasoned professional to drive our global data governance program. As the Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for empowering our affiliates to establish and execute effective data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the program vision, identify risks, and oversee future improvements
  • Regularly report on program performance to senior leadership and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of data governance efforts
  • Collaborate with affiliates to align their data governance roadmaps and objectives with the overarching program goals
  • Foster a vibrant and engaged community of Data Governance Leaders and Data Ambassadors across affiliates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Management, Data Science)
  • 8-10 years of experience in data governance, program management, or related roles within the consumer industry
  • In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and communicate program performance effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement among diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data-related tools, software, and technologies
