Facilities and Equipment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Unit Manager to join our team at SNCF. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 50 people, including 4 units, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Maintenance and New Works department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement action plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental awareness within the team and across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, ensuring the effective use of resources and budget.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
- Proven experience in a management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
