About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Freshworks Inc. in Southern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth into existing defined accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the sales process, and advocating for our innovative Software-as-a-Service products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to exceed sales goals through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
  • Grow, manage, and track customer contact and install base within your accounts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your accounts by becoming intimately knowledgeable about their key business challenges.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive retention and growth of customer portfolio.
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Account Manager role in a high-velocity software sales environment.
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, CSM, CRM, or ITSM is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages is required.
