Job Description

Reporting to the Global Director Digital Experience & Performance, the Senior Manager will drive the E-Commerce business by managing product, content, and performance across multiple projects on Raffles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, prioritize, and communicate requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of diverse experience in a Digital & E-commerce department.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, tools, including web analytics, CMS systems.
