As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving social media growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive social media growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
