Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in France, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales of large B2B projects and/or software in the manufacturing industry or in management consulting.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in France, Italy, and Spain;
  • Identify and convert leads into signed contracts;
  • Develop in-depth presentations and provide demos of Tset products and services to potential customers;
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients;
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and discover opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services;
  • Work closely with growth, product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality service to clients;
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales opportunities;
  • Travel to customer sites to strengthen sales efforts.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, technology, or a related field;
  • Several years of experience in technical sales of large B2B projects and/or software in the manufacturing industry or in management consulting;
  • Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B sales, SaaS, enterprise software, automotive industry, and software implementation projects;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Business savviness with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented attitude;
  • Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Italian and Spanish is a plus.
