Join Our Team as a Business Solutions Expert
Centric Software is a fast-growing company that offers innovative AI-based pricing and inventory solutions. We are looking for a Business Solutions Expert to join our team.
About the Role
As a Business Solutions Expert, you will work with our Pre-Sales consultant to ensure a smooth handover of business process blueprints and solution architectures. You will also be responsible for managing identified gaps and change requests throughout the project, keeping business blueprints and implementation documents updated.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with technical and data science teams to deliver the best fitting solution and configuration for the client.
- Lead the data validation process with technical colleagues and towards the customer.
- Provide feedback to Product Management teams for customer enhancements in a detailed predefined format.
- Develop and execute A/B test plans, including identifying test and control groups, setting up test parameters, and monitoring test results.
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration or a similar field. Your English skills are business fluent, and you are familiar with common Office applications and Business Intelligence tools.
