Business Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our Compliance Regulatory and Assurance team at Crédit Agricole Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of compliance projects, ensuring seamless coordination with regulatory bodies, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in defining program controls, processes, procedures, and reporting cadence to ensure effective project management.
- Partner with project sponsors, owners, and cross-functional teams to develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Track program milestones, develop program plans, measure progress against key performance indicators, and report on project status.
- Meet with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues, build positive relationships, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and produce documentation of project processes and outcomes.
- Support the firm in all aspects of regulatory examinations by the Capital Market and Prudential Regulators.
- Notify regulators of important internal developments and lead the coordination of the firm's responses to requests for documents and information.
- Prepare for and oversee interviews and meetings between firm employees and regulatory examiners.
- Communicate with regulators regarding document requests, areas of review, and potential findings.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management in CPL, business, and risk regarding exam status and potential findings.
