Contexte métier
La direction Investissement Management Services (IMS) est responsable de l'acquisition et du monitoring des transactions reçues des clients. Les équipes d'IMS couvrent l'acquisition et le pilotage des transactions, les services de Middle Office, la couverture du risque de change et la prestation de Reporting Financier.
Missions
En tant que Business Analyst, vous serez chargé de mener les projets d'optimisation et d'évolution fonctionnelle en relation étroite avec les équipes métier. Vous intervenez sur les projets tels que la migration sur de nouveaux outils, l'automatisation, la sécurisation des opérations, l'intégration des nouvelles technologies et le paramétrage de l'OnBoarding.
Responsabilités
- Projets : vous menez les projets d'optimisation et d'évolution fonctionnelle en relation étroite avec les équipes métier.
- Support métier : vous réalisez des interventions sur les outils SI en lien avec les opérations clients, la gestion d'incidents de production, la recherche d'historiques et les demandes clients spécifiques.
Coordination
Vous travaillez en étroite coordination avec les équipes d'IMS sur la planification des projets et en transverse avec les services internes. De manière ponctuelle, vous êtes en contact direct avec les clients sociétés de gestion pour des demandes spécifiques ou le suivi de vie de leurs fonds.
