MissionWe are a reference player in multidisciplinary engineering studies, project management, and maintenance services. Our expertise spans energy, industry, and Oil & Gas sectors, and we continue to expand into other areas. As a Project Management Officer, you will be part of our dynamic team in Paris and work closely with our clients in Saint-Denis or Montrouge.
Responsibilities- Support the preparation and animation of weekly operational meetings and action plans.
- Establish and track indicators (KPIs).
- Pilot the reporting and performance dashboard.
- Manage and animate the collaborative workspace (Sharepoint).
- Assist in project structuring by contributing to the development of the project roadmap and updating the project schedule in the planning tool (MS Project, Primavera P6, Paladin).
- Monitor project risks and opportunities and deduce their potential impacts.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes.
- Track project progress, identify critical activities, anticipate deviations, alert, and control project realization.
- Manage project budgets.
- Lead working groups on specific topics, write decision summaries, and track action progress.

We are looking for:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent with a generalist or specialized background in project management.
- Professional experience in project management.
- Previous experience on an EPCC project.
- Master of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Paladin).
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a highly interconnected environment.
- Ability to demonstrate rigor in project tracking and adaptability.
