Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively engaging with a portfolio of Anaplan customers to identify and address potential issues.
- Managing support cases and providing expert guidance to customers to make them self-sufficient with the Anaplan platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of Anaplan products and services to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
- Contributing to the development of best practices and knowledge base articles to improve customer support and experience.
Requirements for this role include:
